Clinic Wiz LLC ("Clinic Wiz," "we," "us") runs a free pharmacy price-check service for clinics and medical practices. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact and business details you give us: your name, your clinic or practice name, practice type, phone number, email address, and messages you send us (including through Facebook Messenger, our website, phone, or email).
- Pricing information you share: copies of pharmacy invoices or descriptions of what your practice orders and pays, so we can run your price check.
- Information from Meta: when you contact us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta shares your public profile name and the answers you give in the chat.
- Basic website data: standard analytics such as pages visited and device type.
Do not send us patient information. Please black out patient names and any other patient details before sending an invoice. We don't need it, and we don't want it.
How we use it
- To run your price check and follow up with you about it.
- To introduce your practice to a partner pharmacy you choose to work with.
- To respond to your questions and keep a record of our conversation.
- To improve our service and our advertising.
How we share it
- With partner pharmacies, only when you ask us to connect you, so they can quote and serve your practice.
- With service providers who help us operate (for example, messaging, email, hosting, and analytics tools), under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we're paid
Clinic Wiz is free for clinics. Pharmacies in our network pay a flat monthly fee for the opportunity to gain clinic accounts. We return the lowest quote we receive; paying the fee does not guarantee a pharmacy your account.
Retention
We keep your information as long as needed to provide the service and for our business records, then delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by messaging us on Facebook or emailing tomas@clinicwizards.com.
